American society today is very selfish, with most people looking out only for themselves. We need people to help out those less fortunate, yes this means raising pay, offering opportunities for education, and allowing them to work without discrimination of their age, race, or religion. With that being said I would like to point out how I have improved American life. To start I am the founder of one of the most successful labor unions of the world for those of you who don't know it is the Industrial Worked of the World Union. I have worked long and hard to get this program going and wish to see it only improve throughout the years. I have seen wages rise, work conditions improve, and work days become manageable. One thing I do however admit was one of my biggest disappointments was not becoming president. Despite my great ideas and politically active career I was not elected; had I been the country would be much better off economically. As for industrialization I have a firm belief that with a few small equations to the methods used it could be a very profitable endeavor for the United States.
